Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy — Throf

Introduction

This is an English translation for convenience. If there is any difference, the Arabic version prevails.

Throf Communications & Information Technology Co. provides technology services through the "Throf" app to help users manage livestock easily and professionally. The following terms apply to all users.

1- Subscription prices

Subscriptions are annual, according to the plans shown in the app. Prices may change or increase at any time without prior notice; the new price applies at subscription or renewal. Once the subscription fee is paid, it is not refundable in whole or in part.

2- Payment and account activation

Electronic payment (cards, mada, e-wallets): the account is activated right after a successful payment.

Bank transfer: the account is activated after the support team verifies the transfer.

Purchases on throf.com (without logging in): the Throf team activates the subscription on the phone number provided, during business hours, after verifying the payment.

In both cases, once the account is activated, paid amounts are not refundable.

3- Free trial plan

The app offers a free trial plan to manage 25 animals, so customers can try the app before paying.

4- Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your account at any time, but paid subscription fees are not refunded, whether paid electronically or by bank transfer.

Refund requests are considered only if a technical error caused a charge without the service being provided: the customer submits a request, it is reviewed within 5–7 working days, and if eligible the amount is returned to the original payment method.

5- Changes

Throf may amend or update this policy at any time; material changes are notified through the app or by email.
