FAQ
Do I need an account first?
No. You buy with your phone number and we activate the account on it (or add the plan to your existing account).
When is my plan activated?
During business hours (Sun–Thu 9am–9pm Saudi time) after payment, and we call you to set things up.
What is the difference between plans?
All plans include all features; only the number of animals and staff changes.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes — every price shown includes 15% VAT, and you receive a VAT invoice.
Does it work for camels and goats?
Yes — sheep, goats and camels, with automatic classes and stages for each.
Can I get a refund?
Under our terms, paid subscriptions are not refundable after activation, except for a technical error that charged you without service — so we recommend trying the free plan first.
