When is my subscription activated?

During business hours (Sun–Thu 9am–9pm, Saudi time) right after payment, and we call you to confirm.

Do I need an account first?

No. We create your account on the phone number you entered. If you already have one with that number, we add the plan to it.

Is the payment secure?

Yes — HyperPay gateway with 3-D Secure verification by your bank. We never see or store your card details.

I need a VAT invoice

We send a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s — add it to the order or send it on WhatsApp.
